Video thumb creator is a simple utility from Spesoft that will extract a single frame from all videos in a folder and save them as PNG images to the output folder you specify.
In addition you can choose how far into the video you wish to seek and whether to seek from the end as well as creating the default middle frame.
It supports the majority of video formats assuming you have the codec installed.
